Emily (Blake Lively) is a busy working mother, a PR director for a fashion company, whose son Nicky attends the same elementary school as Stephanie's son, Miles. Trivia

Jefferson Sage, the production designer, has worked with Paul Feig since the beginning of their careers. He comments that "the two houses gave us two very distinct visual stories about who those characters are and where they come from." Emily's house is all cool greys and whites, while Stephanie's is colorful, modest, and charming. See more »

Goofs

When Stephanie receives the email about Emily being spotted in Michigan, you can see it is actually an email that has been typed but not sent. The shot of the computer screen shows the "Compose" tab of Stephanie's email is open (not the inbox), with the "send email" button at the bottom of the page. See more »

A fun twisted ride
18 September 2018 | by AndreashairuSee all my reviews

Don't think about it. Just grab your bff and go. Get lost in the twist and turns. Admire the clothes and characters. Enjoy the music and martinis. It's not like anything that's come this way before. Go go go!
