Wood is rare and valuable, as shown by the wooden horse K owns. Wallace's house is made almost entirely out of wood to show how wealthy he is. See more »
At the end of the film when K leans back against the steps, you can see an indention in the snow where his elbow is about to be placed, leading one to believe that this is a continuity error and that the indentation is from a previous take. However, if you look as he sits down, he places his hand on the step to lower himself down, creating the indentation where his elbow will later rest. See more »
I hope you don't mind me taking the liberty. I was careful not to drag in... any dirt.

Ridley: "I've got another one ready to evolve and be developed, so there is certainly one to be done for sure."
Scott Ridley says in a recent interview: "I've got another one ready to evolve and be developed, so there is certainly one to be done for sure." He wants to make another Blade Runner. Truth be told Ridley would make another twenty if he could.
Audiences beware though. We watched the Blade Runner 2049 DVD last night. It is not as good as the original and I rate this a four out of ten.The feeling of suffocation and cramped misery of the original is gone. Instead we get the regularly scheduled 'dystopia' feeling in half a dozen Hollywood movies. The story is nonsensical and makes no sense. In the original the replicants came to earth to find immortality. Here somehow magically synthetic beings have a penis, a uterus and it is all functional.
Why can't studios just give up and admit it. These sequels blow. Trash supreme. I do have to say that the girlfriend is sexy and delicious. I am interested in seeing her body in other films. The DVD also contains three short films that are quite interesting and one of them should have been the opening scene of this film actually. But, another Blade Runner? There is another sequel? There is more to tell? Anything left anyone cares about? Sure, in related news Trump wants to make America great again and all his merchandise is made in China.
No Ridley, there should not be another Blade Runner and if there is I won't be there. If people are out of original ideas then they should simply retire.
